In 1998 the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency started the TMDL process for the Upper Little Miami River and Caesar's Creek watersheds. In 2003 it was finalized. Today, the Little Miami River Partnership is facilitating the re-starting of the TMDL Implementation Team. This group will meet quarterly and focus on determining and carrying out collaborative projects for implementation. All meetings are open to the public.
