Each year the Joint Board of Soil and Water Conservation Districts (Clark, Montgomery, Greene, Warren and Clinton), the US Corp of Engineers at Caesar's Creek and the Little Miami River Partnership host a watershed festival at the Caesar's Creek Visitors Center. These festivals are designed as family fun and a water-related educational fun day. The festival has been sponsored for a number of years by the Ohio EPA 319 grant.
