Little Miami River Partnership

The Little Miami River Partnership is a service-oriented, non-profit, 501 (c) (3), organization
whose aims are to develop community based watershed plans and projects to help restore and
protect water and environmental quality in the Little Miami River Watershed.

2008 Board of Directors and Officers

The Little Miami River Partnership Board is made up of nine member-elected representatives.
There are four "At-Large" seats where members may be from any area within the watershed.
There are also five "Sub-Watershed" seats where each member must come from one of the
five sub-watersheds of the Little Miami River: Upper Little Miami, Caesar's Creek, Todd's
Fork, East Fork, and the Lower Little Miami. The Board then elects its own officers.

The Board of LMRP oversees the employees and volunteers of the organization, establishes
the mission and values by which the organization runs, and determines the strategic plan for
what the organization will accomplish.
